4. Free Trial & Subscription Plans

  • AIWhatsChat offers a 7-day free trial with limited access to features for regular users.
  • The first 100 users who pre-register will receive an extended 15-day free trial with additional features unlocked.
  • After the trial, users must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the services.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

  • AIWhatsChat must be used solely for legal business communication.
  • Prohibited activities include:
    • Spamming or sending unsolicited messages.
    • Engaging in fraud, phishing, or deceptive practices.
    • Violating WhatsApp’s official policies.

  • AIWhatsChat reserves the right to suspend accounts violating these terms.

6. Payments and Billing

  • Payments are non-refundable once processed.
  • Users must keep payment details up to date to avoid service interruptions.

8. Service Availability & Support

  • AIWhatsChat strives for 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

  • AIWhatsChat is not responsible for outages due to third-party platforms, such as WhatsApp.
